The full terms of the Adle Creator Network — compensation, content requirements, review, referrals, and conduct. Written to be read, not decoded.
These terms describe how the program works. Individual creator agreements set the specific payment amounts, payment dates, and commission duration for each creator.

01
Program overview
The Adle Creator Network is a community of creators, marketers, performance marketers, agency owners, and advertising educators who use Adle and create content around digital advertising, AI, marketing, and campaign management.
The purpose of the network is to build long-term relationships with creators who can help Adle:
Reach relevant audiences across Latin America and other target markets
Build credibility within the marketing and advertising community
Educate businesses and marketers about AI-powered advertising
Demonstrate how Adle can improve campaign management and execution
Generate qualified customers through creator referrals
Produce authentic, high-quality content that can support Adle's broader marketing efforts
The program combines guaranteed monthly creator payments with recurring referral commissions. Creators are compensated for producing a defined amount of qualifying content and can earn additional income by referring customers to Adle.
02
What creators receive
Free Adle account
Creators receive a free Adle account while they remain active members of the network. Creators are encouraged to use Adle themselves so their content is based on genuine product experience.
Guaranteed monthly payment
Creators receive a fixed monthly payment in exchange for producing a defined number of qualifying videos. Payment is based on the agreed content commitment and objective content requirements. Adle will not withhold payment simply because it has a different creative preference or would have presented the content differently.
Recurring referral commission
Every creator receives a unique referral link and/or referral code. When customers sign up and become paying Adle customers through the creator's referral, the creator receives recurring commissions according to their creator tier.
Early access
Creators may receive access to selected new Adle features, product releases, experiments, and launches before they are broadly available.
Creator resources
Adle provides resources designed to make content creation easier, including:
Product demos
Product screenshots
Feature information

04
How the program works
The creator relationship follows a simple process:
Apply→
Get accepted→
Receive Adle account→
Receive content resources→
Create content→
Publish→
Content check→
Monthly payment→
Earn referral commissions
Each creator has a defined monthly content commitment. For example, a Gold creator commits to 4 Instagram Reels or TikTok videos per month, receives a $500 guaranteed monthly payment, and earns a 25% recurring referral commission.
The creator maintains control over the creative concept, hook, presentation, editing, tone, and storytelling, provided the resulting content satisfies the objective requirements described below.
05
Accepted content formats
Only Instagram Reels and TikTok videos count toward the creator's monthly commitment.
The following do not count toward the monthly commitment unless separately agreed:
Instagram Stories
Instagram carousels
Static Instagram posts
LinkedIn posts
YouTube long-form videos
Blog posts
X posts
Newsletters
Other social media formats
Cross-posting
Publishing the same creative on both Instagram and TikTok counts as one video, not two. A separate original creative counts as a separate video.
06
Video specifications
Each qualifying video must satisfy the following objective requirements.
Format
Instagram Reel or TikTok video
Vertical 9:16 format
Original creator-produced content
Duration
The standard duration is 30–60 seconds. Exceptions may be agreed in advance for specific campaigns or content concepts.
Creator participation
The creator must either appear on camera or provide original voiceover. Videos consisting solely of stock footage, text slides, or generic promotional graphics do not count unless separately agreed with Adle.
Original content
Content must be meaningfully created by the participating creator. Creators may use Adle-provided materials, screenshots, screen recordings, product assets, or other resources while maintaining meaningful original creative contribution.
07
Required Adle integration
The purpose of the Creator Network is to create content that provides real value to the audience while clearly communicating what Adle does. To count toward the monthly commitment, each video must satisfy the following requirements.
7.1 Adle must be identified
The creator must mention Adle by name verbally or clearly identify Adle on screen.
7.2 Adle must be visibly shown
The Adle platform must be shown on screen for a meaningful amount of time. As a standard guideline, Adle should be visible for at least 5 seconds in total. A logo appearing briefly at the end of the video does not satisfy this requirement.
7.3 A specific functionality must be explained or demonstrated
The video must communicate at least one specific Adle capability or use case. Examples include:
Managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
AI-powered campaign creation
AI-assisted campaign optimization
Campaign monitoring
AI creative generation
Managing advertising workflows from one platform
Agency campaign management
Other currently supported Adle functionality
“Adle helps marketers with AI.”
A generic statement like this is not sufficient on its own.
7.4 A practical benefit must be communicated
The creator must explain why the functionality is useful. For example:
“Adle lets me manage my Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns from one place, which reduces the amount of time I spend switching between platforms.”
Creators do not need to use this wording.
7.5 A CTA must be included
The video must contain a clear next step for interested viewers. Examples include:
Try Adle through my link.
Check out Adle using my link.
You can try Adle through the link in my bio.
If you manage paid ads, take a look at Adle.
08
What makes a video qualifying?
A qualifying video is an Instagram Reel or TikTok video that satisfies the objective technical, content, Adle integration, and publishing requirements established in these terms.
A video does not need to follow an exact script. It does not need to use a specific hook. It does not need to be presented in a specific creative style. It does need to satisfy the defined requirements.
Qualifies
A creator explains a common Meta Ads problem, introduces Adle as part of their workflow, shows the Adle platform, demonstrates a relevant functionality, explains its practical benefit, and directs viewers to their referral link.
Does not qualify
A creator makes a general video about AI in marketing and says there are tools like Adle that can help, without showing the product or explaining a specific Adle functionality.
Does not qualify
A creator makes a 45-second marketing video and displays the Adle logo for one second at the end without explaining or demonstrating the product.
09
Creator creative freedom
Adle does not require creators to read predetermined scripts. Creators retain control over:
Hook
Story
Script
Tone
Humor
Editing
Visual style
Presentation
Examples
Personal perspective
Adle may provide content ideas and product information, but the creator is expected to adapt those ideas to their own audience and style.
The goal
Content should feel like creator content, not traditional corporate advertising.
10
Recommended content structure
Adle recommends a simple structure that creators can adapt:
Hook→
Problem→
Adle→
Benefit→
CTA
“Managing Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns separately is one of the biggest time drains for agencies.”
The creator explains the problem.
“I've been testing Adle, which lets me manage campaigns across those platforms from one place.”
The creator demonstrates Adle.
“That means I can spend less time switching between platforms and more time actually optimizing campaigns.”
The creator explains the benefit.
“Check out Adle through my link.”
The creator provides the CTA.
This is a recommended framework, not a mandatory script.
11
Monthly content structure
To avoid repetitive advertising content, Adle may structure monthly commitments around a mix of product and educational content. For example, a Gold creator producing four videos may have two product-focused videos and two educational videos.
Product-focused videos
These directly demonstrate or explain Adle. Examples:
Adle walkthrough
AI campaign creation
Campaign optimization workflow
Multi-platform campaign management
Agency workflow
Educational videos
These focus primarily on marketing, advertising, AI, agencies, or related subjects while integrating Adle naturally. Examples:
Common Meta Ads mistakes
How agencies manage multiple clients
How to structure paid media workflows
How AI is changing campaign management
Reducing manual work in advertising
The exact monthly mix may change depending on campaign objectives.
12
Content briefs
Adle may provide a monthly content bank containing suggested concepts. Each brief may include:
Topic
The subject the creator can discuss.
Adle functionality
The specific product capability that should be incorporated.
Key benefit
The problem or benefit that should be communicated.
Suggested talking points
Optional facts, examples, or angles.
CTA
A suggested action for the audience.
Creators are free to interpret the brief in their own style. Adle's content briefs are intended to provide direction, not dictate the final creative execution.
13
Content check process
Adle may review published content to verify that it satisfies the objective requirements of the program. The purpose of this review is compliance with the defined requirements, not subjective creative approval.
Adle will not refuse payment because:
The hook is different from what Adle would have written
The editing style differs from Adle's preference
The creator uses humor
The creator presents the information differently
Adle would have chosen different visuals
The content does not perform as well as expected
Scope
The review is limited to whether the agreed requirements have been met.
14
Corrections
If a video does not meet an objective program requirement, Adle may request a reasonable correction. For example:
“The video mentions Adle but does not demonstrate a specific functionality. Please add a short section showing the relevant feature.”
“The video does not include a CTA. Please add a clear CTA directing viewers to your Adle referral link.”
The creator will have the opportunity to make the relevant correction. The standard expectation is one reasonable correction round per video, except where a correction is required because of factual, legal, regulatory, or platform compliance issues.
15
Payment rules
Guaranteed monthly compensation is tied to the creator's agreed number of qualifying videos. For example, in the Gold tier, 4 qualifying videos equals $500 per month.
A video counts toward the monthly commitment when it satisfies the objective program requirements. Adle will not withhold payment solely because it does not prefer the creator's creative execution.
Where a video does not satisfy a defined requirement, Adle will identify the specific requirement that has not been met and provide the creator with an opportunity to correct it.
Dates
Payment terms and payment dates will be specified in the individual creator agreement.
16
Referral program
Every participating creator receives a unique referral link and/or referral code. The referral system allows Adle to attribute the following to individual creators:
Website visits
Signups
Trials
Paying customers
Revenue
Commissions
Creators are encouraged to include their referral mechanism wherever appropriate in their content and audience communications.
17
Referral commission
Creators earn the referral commission associated with their tier. For example, a Gold creator receives 25% recurring commission. If a customer attributed to that creator pays Adle $300/month, the creator receives the applicable commission according to the referral terms.
The exact duration of recurring commissions will be specified in the creator's agreement.
Adle may modify future commission structures for new referrals with reasonable notice. Existing earned commissions will be handled according to the applicable agreement.
18
Referral bonuses
Adle may offer additional bonuses for creators who generate meaningful customer volume. Example structures may include bonuses for reaching:
5 paying customers
10 paying customers
20 paying customers
Higher recurring revenue milestones
Bonus structures may vary by campaign or creator tier.
19
Referral attribution
A customer is normally attributed to a creator through the creator's assigned referral link or referral code. Adle may use:
Referral links
Cookies
Referral codes
Signup attribution
CRM records
Payment records
The following do not qualify as valid referrals:
Self-referrals
Fraudulent accounts
Duplicate accounts
Test accounts
Artificial or manipulated signups
Customers generated through methods that violate Adle's referral rules
20
Content usage
Creators may grant Adle rights to reuse content created as part of the Creator Network. Depending on the individual agreement, this may include use on:
Adle's website
Adle social channels
Adle presentations
Adle sales materials
Adle email campaigns
Organic marketing
Case studies
Adle may reuse, edit, resize, and adapt qualifying creator content in paid advertising. Whitelisting, Spark Ads, or publishing through a creator's own account require the creator permissions described in the applicable agreement.
Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
21
Advertising and disclosure
Creators are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, social platform rules, sponsorship requirements, and affiliate disclosure requirements. Where the creator's relationship with Adle requires disclosure, the creator must make the commercial relationship clear to the audience.
Creators must not make false, deceptive, or unsupported claims about:
Adle
Product performance
Customer results
Revenue
ROAS
AI capabilities
Features
Pricing
Competitors
Guarantees
Creators should rely on current Adle product information when discussing specific product functionality.
22
Authenticity
Creators are not required to provide positive opinions about Adle. Adle encourages creators to provide honest feedback and communicate their own experience.
The objective of the program is to build credibility through genuine product usage and creator expertise. A creator may express criticism or identify limitations, provided the information is presented accurately and in good faith.
23
Creator selection
Adle may consider the following when selecting creators:
Audience relevance
Audience geography
Content quality
Average views
Engagement
Digital marketing expertise
Advertising expertise
Agency experience
Creator consistency
Professionalism
Brand fit
Potential referral value
Follower count is only one factor. Adle may prioritize creators whose audiences include:
Agency owners
Media buyers

Product announcements

Content briefs
Marketing trends
Content ideas
Creator challenges
Product education

Communicate professionally
Meet agreed deadlines

Follow the content requirements
Provide accurate product information
Disclose commercial relationships where required
Avoid fraudulent referral activity
